Setia Motors Hyundai Cup 2018 (Organised by SDS)

                                                                           

• Official title of this tournament is 

“Setia Motors Hyundai Cup 2018 (Organised by SDS)”

• All non-commercial reference; publication, public mentioning and graphical representation, to this torunament must use the above mentioned title.

• Any parties who wish to use any reference to this tournament as a commercial gain must submit a written permission application to the Organisers 14 days prior

• 10 invited teams comprising of departments under Royal Brunei and invited companies affiliated with it.

FORMAT

• 10 teams drawn into two groups, A & B

• Group stage: 15 minutes x1 half

• Semi-finals : 15 minutes x1 half

• Final: 10 minutes per half x 2

TEAM REGISTRATION

• Each team should comprise of fourteen (14) players and one manager (or player/manager)

• Each team member are advised to wear proper sporting attire and shoes in attendance of every match

 

PLAYERS REGISTRATION

• A maximum of 15 players allowed to be listed. Therefore, one player must be appointed as the Manager/Player

• If the Manager of the team is not a player, then only 14 players are allowed to be listed.

• Players registered can be of any employment status

• Each player must wear the same number jersey throughout the tournament

• Each team must fill up and submit the official form by or during the Team Manager’s Meeting & Tournament Draw

TEAM MANAGERS’ MEETING & TOURNAMENT DRAW

• Friday 4th May 2018, 8pm, RBRC Jasmani Room

• All draw result will be final

• Team colours will be discussed during this meeting

MATCH RULES

Match rules are in accordance to the Revised Laws of the Game prepared by the International Football Association Board (IFAB) published by FIFA and local tournament rules

FAIR PLAY

Fair play must be practiced and given priority in every match.

LOCAL TOURNAMENT RULES

• No offside rule.

• Each team should field a maximum of nine (9) players in any match. One player must be a designated Goalkeeper and 8 outfield players in any match.

• Each team can name a maximum of six (6) substitutes that can be used in a single match. However substituted players are not allowed come back in to the field of play

• If any team fields only five (5) players before kick off, then the match is cancelled and considered to concede defeat by walkover with a 0-2 scoreline

SUBSTITUTIONS

• All substitutions must be made by informing the referee

• Substituted players are not allowed come back in to the field of play

TEAM JERSEY COLOURS AND NUMBERING

• Teams must bring their own two (2) sets of team jersey each of different colours (home and away sets) during the tournament

• Goalkeepers’ jersey must not be of the same colour as their own team colours and the opponents colours

• At every match, players must wear their corresponding jersey numbers as  registered in the registration form

• Jersey numbers must be clear and of visible size

MATCH OFFICIALS

• All referees and lines person will be appointed by the organizers

• Referee match reports must be made and submitted to the match secretariat after completion of each match

BOOKINGS

• Any player who receives two (2) yellow cards in separate matches will serve a one (1) match ban on the following match

• Any player who receives two (2) yellow cards in a single match will serve a one (1) match ban on the following match

• Any player who receive one (1) red card; ‘straight red card offense’, will be ejected form the match and will serve a two (2) match ban on the two (2) following matches

• Serious offences committed by any player or coaching staff throughout the tournament may result in the ejection of the player/staff or his team from the tournament.

• The Organiser reserves the right to make any amendments, changes with the Rules & Regulations of this tournament whenever they see fit and with or without prior notice.
